Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
(Please note, due to Covid shipping rates may be higher than usual and are calculated by the postal services.)
How long will it take to receive your order once shipped ?
Japan Shipping: 1-5 business days. If there are any delays due to holidays or weather, we are not responsible.
US Shipping: 10-14 business days. If there are any delays due to holidays, weather, or COVID-19, we are not responsible.
International Shipping: 7-21 business days in some cases it may be longer depending on the country. We are NOT responsible for any customs fees your country may charge upon its arrival.
*Please note that currently, shipping does not come with tracking numbers or insurance. Japan Post is NOT providing tracking numbers to shipments outside of Japan due to COVID-19.*
How long is order processing time?
Made to Order Sets: Processing time for is typically 10-21 business days, but this may vary depending on order volumes.
*Please note that this processing time only includes the time to make the nails. NOT how long it'll take for your nails to be delivered. Also, please keep in mind that if you order more than one set at a time there may be a delay in processing time. Bigger orders take longer to complete which in turn causes some delays. All sets are made to order and worked on, in the order they were received.
Ready to Ship Sets: Processing time for is typically 1-3 business days. Tracking information is sent via email once items have shipped.

What should I do if I entered the wrong address while placing my order?
We ship all orders to the exact address entered, so please take care to make sure there are no typos or extra/missing numbers. Remember to include your apartment number if you have one! Adore Luxe Nails is not financially responsible for incorrect addresses, typos, postal errors, etc. You must pay to reship items that have been returned to us.
Please double check shipping information before checking out. If there’s an apartment, suite or unit number make sure you enter it to avoid a Return To Sender issue.
If you entered the wrong address or think you have made a typo, please notify me immediately, so I can catch it before your shipping label is printed!
What if I ordered the wrong nail sizes or the nails I purchased don't fit?
Due to the handmade nature of our product we are not held responsible if the wrong size is ordered. We have a size guide to help you find the perfect fit!

Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! If you'd like to place an order for a custom design, please contact us via Instagram @AdoreLuxeNails or email info@adoreluxenails.com. In your message, please include your size, shape & length preference, images, and a description of the idea or concept in mind!
Can I make changes to one of your designs?
Yes! Made to order sets can be customized to your liking. If you prefer a different color, matte or glossy finish, shorter length or small design changes, please leave a message in the Note to Seller section at checkout. For bigger changes, such as crystal placement or any additions in design, please contact us before purchasing to discuss the customizations and further directions.
Are the nails reusable?
Yes! Using nail tabs will make it easier to be reused, but when using nail glue we suggest filing any excess nail glue off the press on nail.
How do I know my sizes?
You can measure your nails using our sizing guide or determine your sizes by purchase a sizing kit. No refunds will be given for incorrect sizing.
How many nails come in each set?
All sets come with 10 nails in the size you select.
What comes with my nails?
All press on nail orders come with a nail glue mini nail buffer, cuticle pusher, and an alcohol prep pad.
How do I apply my press on nails?
You can apply the nails with nail glue or nail tabs. We include a nail prep kit that has nail glue in every order, however nail tabs are only included upon request.
How long does each set stay on? Are the nails durable?
The length of wear really depends on how well you prep your nails before applying them, how careful you are with your hands/ nails, and your choice of adhesive. Nail tabs are best for shorter wear and can last 1-2 days. With proper prep, using nail glue can last you 1-3 weeks.
Our press on nails are stronger than store bought nails. They are handmade with at least 5 coats of gel/ gel polish. This ensures the nail is strong enough for daily wear.
