Processing Time
Ready to ship (RTS) sets will be prepared for shipment in 1-2 business days.
All other press-on nail sets can take around to 1-4 weeks to complete. This is just an estimate, orders may be sent out sooner than this. Processing times are dependent on order volumes. Typical or average processing times is about 14-21 days.
Made to order sets are all hand painted and created by hand. These sets are made after the customer places the order. Please note that we receive orders daily, and all orders are created in the order that it is placed.

If you are in a rush/have a close deadline, please contact us via Instagram @AdoreLuxeNails or email info@adoreluxenails.com, we may be able to fit you in for a rush order (there may be a rush order fee).
Processing time is separate from shipping.
Shipping
Orders placed within Japan will take 1-3 days to reach delivery after the nails are shipped.
Any orders placed outside of Japan can take 1-2 weeks for shipping. Due to coronavirus, Japan Post is not providing tracking numbers for overseas/ international destinations.
Pick up is only available for LOCAL customers in Yokosuka, Japan.
Cancellation & Return Policy
We do not accept returns or issue refunds on our products due to the custom and handmade nature of our products.
If you received a damaged or defective product please contact us for assistance.
We do not accept order cancellations after 24 hours time that your order is placed.
Please be aware of our turn around time and shipping times, be sure to read items description before placing an order.
We are not responsible if wrong size is ordered, so please be sure to measure your nails correctly or order a sizing kit if needed.
